Todos los años, más o menos para esta fecha, muchos empezamos a repasar mentalmente el año recién terminado, las cosas que nos gustaron y las que no, las cosas que se podrían mejorar… y volvemos a imaginar cómo sería nuestra vida con esas pequeñas mejoras… (al menos a mi me pasa)
Puede que esos repasos mentales pensemos en disfrutar más de la familia, jugar más, ser puntuales, establecer prioridades, ser ordenados, viajar más… todos, deseos muy loables pero ¿por qué no siempre se pueden cumplir las metas?
Puede que no vayas a estar del todo de acuerdo conmigo pero yo creo que son 2 las principales razones:
- No existe un deseo profundo de cambio
- No entendemos por qué queremos cambiar
Y ante esa situación, no agradable pero que aplica para cualquier situación personal, laboral, profesional o de negocios; considero que la solución se vislumbra a partir de dos conceptos, que con respeto te animo a poner en práctica este año:
- Compromiso
- Constancia
El «compromiso» te impulsa a poder empezar lo que sea que necesites empezar. Pero la constancia, será la que te impulse a seguir, seguir y seguir, hasta ver concretado lo que has decidido iniciar.
Que éste sea un año excepcional para vos, tu empresa y tus negocios.
