La marca que protege un producto o servicio viene siendo el activo más importante de la empresa y si por alguna razón creemos que no es importante registrarla, nos estaríamos arriesgando a perderla e incluso; que sea registrada por otra persona.
Uno de los pasos fundamentales de todo emprendimiento serio, es proteger su marca independientemente del tamaño actual de la empresa. Si no hay registro de marca, no puedes impedir que otros la utilicen.
